Sizing, fabric, delivery, or a garment that isn't right — message us and you'll get a reply, usually the same day.
Delivery & returns
Free across India. Orders are dispatched within two working days and typically arrive within three to six days depending on your city. You get a tracking link as soon as it ships.
Wrong size is our problem to fix. Message us within seven days of delivery and we'll exchange it, provided the garment is unworn with tags attached. We cover the courier both ways on the first exchange.
We don't offer refunds — every order is exchange-only. If the size isn't right, we'll swap it within seven days (see Exchanges above). Please check the size guide before ordering, and message us if you're unsure of your size.
A seam that fails, a button that goes, embroidery that pulls — send us a photograph. If it's a manufacturing fault we replace the garment, and the seven-day window does not apply.
Questions we get
The fabric is pre-shrunk, so expect minimal movement — under two percent. Cold wash and line dry and you won't notice any. Hot water and a tumble dryer will shrink almost any cotton garment, including this one.
Every additional colour is a separate fabric dye lot and a separate minimum order. Two colours done properly cost less than six done carelessly, and the saving goes into the fabric instead.
Embroidered. A print sits on top of the fabric and eventually cracks or peels. Embroidery is stitched into it and outlasts the garment.
Not yet. The first run is small and we want to get delivery right at home before we take on customs paperwork. Leave your email on the home page and you'll hear when that changes.
