Terms of sale
These terms apply when you buy from us. Nothing here removes any right you have under Indian consumer law.
Orders
An order is confirmed once we've accepted it and taken payment. Until then we may decline it — most often because a size has sold out. If we decline after payment, you get a full refund.
Price
The price shown includes taxes and delivery within India. If a price is listed in obvious error, we'll tell you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.
Delivery
We dispatch within two working days and delivery usually takes four to seven days. These are estimates, not guarantees — couriers occasionally run late, and we'll keep you informed if yours does.
Returns and exchanges
Unworn garments with tags attached may be returned or exchanged within seven days of delivery. Full terms are on the contact page. Manufacturing faults are covered beyond that window.
The garment
Colour on a screen is never exact, and knitwear measurements vary by roughly half an inch between pieces. Neither counts as a fault, though we'll still exchange a garment that isn't right for you.
Liability
Our responsibility is limited to the value of the goods you bought. We don't limit liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
