What we hold,
and why.

What we collect

When you order, we take your name, delivery address, phone number and email so the parcel reaches you and we can tell you where it is.

When you sign up for launch news, we hold only your email address.

We do not store card or bank details. Payments are handled by the payment provider, and they never pass those details to us.

Who else sees it

The courier gets your name, address and phone number, because otherwise they cannot deliver. The payment provider gets what it needs to take the payment.

That's the entire list. We do not sell data or pass it to advertisers.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as tax rules require. Email signups are kept until you ask us to remove them, and every email we send has an unsubscribe link.

Removing your details

Message us and we'll delete what we hold, other than order records we are legally required to keep. No forms, no delay.
